Refund policy

Please note the following information when returning your order:

• You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Go to our return portal to start your return proces.

Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order, click “Find Your Order” and follow the steps. Please attach the return label to your parcel.

We aim to process all returns within 14 business days. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us at contact@pienstables.com.

Once we have received your return, the item(s) will undergo a quality control check. After your return has been approved, all successfully returned items will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
