How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs and delivery may vary per country and will be calculated at our checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner PakkettenFabriek. We're processing your order within 24 hours. In the Netherlands, you are likely to receive your order the working day after shipment. For all the international orders: delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). Please be aware that local import duties and taxes are not included in the price and shipping cost at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for any additional costs related to the delivery of their order.

How do I return something?
Please mind the following information when returning your order:
- You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the moment of delivery.
- Returning your order is at your own expense.
Go to our return portal to start your return proces.
Insert your order number and the email associated with your account, click on “Find Your Order” and follow the steps. Please attach your return label to your package.
We aim to process all returns within 14 business days. If you have any questions about your return, you can reach us at contact@pienstables.com. As soon as we have received the return, the item(s) will go through a quality control check. Once the return has been accepted, all succesfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s).
How do I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly exchange an item for a different size. Instead, you can return the incorrectly ordered item and place a new order with the correct size.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Oh no! Email us at contact@pienstables.com as soon as possible and within the returns period of 14 days starting from the moment you receive your order and we’ll try to resolve the situation with you. Too smoothen the process, please provide your order number and a picture.
